Using the HF Macro:
Randomization should be one of the last things you do to your document, after most or all of it is typed. This is for several reasons:
Highlight the portion of your document you want to randomize, then select the "Tools", "Macro..." menu selections. Double-click on the HF macro. Several dialog boxes will be displayed, including one asking the name and location of the initialization file HF.INI. The default location for HF.INI is in the MS-Word templates directory. If the HF.INI file is not in this default directory, you will need to include the pathname to the HF.INI file
On a Windows PC your document will be minimized while the macro is running, so that it can run faster. The blinking at the bottom of the screen is normal, and indicates the macro is still running. When it is done, your document will be restored to full screen. To halt the macro, press Escape.
